How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Sinkconsequences Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Sinkconsequences Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. What you share helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Sinkconsequences Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@sinkconsequences.garden and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
